Bird Clinic

What's included

Our Bird Clinic offers routine bird grooming, DNA sampling and laboratory testing. Choose the service you need below. These services are not a replacement for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Choose your service

• Nail Trim: £10.
• Beak Trim: £10. Birds are assessed before trimming; an avian veterinary examination may be recommended if there are concerns.
• Wings Trim: £10. Speak to the team about suitability before proceeding.
• DNA & Feather Sample Health Test: £50. Contact us to confirm which testing is included before purchasing.

Multiple grooming services can be carried out during the same visit. Ask the team if you are unsure which service to choose.

Availability

The clinic takes place on the last Saturday of every month. It is walk-in only, with no appointment required. Birds are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. The clinic can become busy, so earlier arrival is recommended. Contact us to confirm clinic hours before travelling.

What to bring

Bring your bird in a secure travel carrier. Let the team know on arrival if your bird is particularly nervous.

Arrival guidance

Arrive during clinic hours. Do not bring a bird showing signs of infectious illness unless you have discussed this with us beforehand. Speak to the team about any health concerns before a service is carried out.

Changes and cancellation

No appointment is required, so there is no clinic appointment to cancel. If you have purchased a service and your plans change, contact us to discuss your order and confirm the applicable cancellation terms.
