Where We Deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and to a wide range of countries worldwide via our international carrier partners.

We are a physical pet shop based in Crumlin, Northern Ireland. You are also welcome to collect your order in store — please contact us to arrange this before placing your order.

UK Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for UK orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order:

  • Orders between 100 g and 1,000 g — £2.99 (Standard)
  • Orders from 1,000 g — £4.99 (Standard)
  • Orders from 1,000 g up to 5,000 g — £8.99 (Standard)
  • Orders from 5,000 g up to 15,000 g — £12.99 (Economy)

If your order weight does not fall within one of these bands, a shipping rate may not be available at checkout. If this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, we offer international shipping through DHL Express and FedEx. Rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched from our store in Crumlin, Northern Ireland. Processing times may vary during busy periods or for larger orders — if you have a specific deadline, please get in touch before ordering.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. International shipments via DHL Express and FedEx include tracking as standard.

What We Cannot Ship

The following cannot be shipped and are available in store only:

  • Live animals and birds (including parrots and other livestock)
  • In-store services such as parrot boarding and bird clinics
